Hi all. I just want to put out a word out for Shawn and the SB Team. My eldest son was held at gunpoint to his head yesterday afternoon in the traffic and his phone and wallet taken. Broad daylight at Republic and Bram Fischer. The idiots still don’t realise the phone is pinging as an iPhone and it’s trackable. One call to Shawn and all hell broke loose. His guys called in SAPS and have chased these guys all over Joburg but they in and out the flats. It’s not their issue to deal with but it’s just another way they go above and beyond to help their clients. If you ever wonder if you should move to another security provider, this should be in the back of your mind. They are truly an amazing company. Thank you again Shawn and Alex for everything you gents have done for a family in Trauma.

My husband’s factory was robbed…

We got home and saw on the cameras that a guy was still in the factory.

We called our security company Who after 2 hours had still not left. SB, who don’t even cover Kya Sands dispatched a vehicle and the guy has been caught!
Raymond called to check up if we were ok.

Just wanted to say thank you SB. I had to rush to hospital a 3 this morning and was scared to be driving just my daughter and I so I called the control room and asked if anyone could just be at the gate as i went as i was scared. Your guy escorted me all the way to the hospital.

Thank you, once again, for the incredible service from your team. Chris form the control room phoned to tell me that the ****** gate alarm had activated and that one of your guards had called on the complex and walked around inside. I went to check on the gate only to find that Gift was sitting in his vehicle, inside the complex, in order to check that nobody entered and waiting for someone to bring a remote to see if the gate would operate. Fortunately it worked with my remote and everything is back to normal.

Hi guys.

I would just like to send a message to you thanking your staff, I never got the one officers name. I was out with my friend last night and i think her drink was spiked. Anyway she refused for me to call an ambulance and insisted on driving home. I was following her and she had to pull over and we were on the road for quite a while. The one officer near the shell garage on C R Swart checked in. We started driving off and got a bit further down the road where she had to pull over again. This time Raymond came down the road. I told him what I thought was going on. He insisted on following us home to make sure she got home safely and told me to call should I need medical assistance.

Your staff are wonderful. Having Raymond follow really made a big difference to my stress levels as I was following her on my bike.

Well. We have left the community and the country now. House sold (4 Lyster) and completed yesterday so thats us done. I just want to to to all on this group, especially Shaun and his amazing team at SB, that I was never concerned or worried about living in our little part of JHB. From day one crime was something that I felt I didn’t have to worry about at the house and that allowed my young kids to grow up carefree. cant thank your team enough for assistance at 19 Hedgehog Street Bishop last night. . Your guys in the early hours of the morning went out of their way to let us know gate wasn’t closed properly due to no electricity throughout suburb.

Hi Sean….I had a problem here in L Village at No 11. The owner, Angela is away & the young couple house sitting had the ladies mother babysitting at No 11…she has taken her 11month old baby for a walk outside when Angela’s maid left, locking the house with the Granny & baby locked outside & no way of getting into the house & the electric fence is active around No 11 property. I heard the Granny calling for help & calked SB’s Ops room. Herman (?) responded & was an absolute superstar. He managed to get into the property & we passed a long ladder to him (managing to clear the electric fencing!👏🏻👏🏻) which he used to climb through an upstairs window & retrieve the Granny’s handbag in the lounge downstairs, in which the keys of the house were. Herman did an outstanding job of assisting with no hesitation whatever & did so very efficiently & quickly! He needs to be commended.

Hi Shawn and SB team

I just want to commend the operator (Richard) who took my wife’s call earlier, we reside at xxx Sundowner and had tree fellers on site today. There was a freak accident which saw one tree collapse and one guy falling about 5 to 6 meters with the tree to the ground and, what appeared to be quite severely injured.

In panic our first thought was to call SB for assistance with paramedic or ambulance.

Richard who took the call swiftly took details of the injured man and facilitated a state ambulance who arrived within 15 to 20 minutes of the initial call.

The paramedics attended to the injured gent and all well under the circumstances.

I really want to thank SB, and in specific the operator Richard who took the call for assistance today with organising the medical assistance.

Awesome to know we have support like this at our finger tips.
